Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Temporary eCommerce Merchandising Assistant to join our team for a short-term assignment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence by assisting with creating and updating product detail pages, updating product pricing, and building AB tests. This position reports to the eCommerce Merchandising Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Products:
  • Create new products determined by ecommerce/ops/physical product in our management system. Coordinate asset creation with content team.
  • Maintain and update current product content, copy and pricing as necessary.
• Promotions and Pricing:
  • Markdown current products as needed to align with marketing and merchandising promotions onsite.
  • Update site banners for new promotions following brand guidelines.
• AB Tests:
  • Create tests in our AB testing tool, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while gaining relevant learnings
• Competitive Research:
  • Maintain a keen eye for trends in the marketplace for other ecommerce and subscription companies, noting best practices and customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and the ability to make on-page updates.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in time management.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in eCommerce.
