About the Role
Job Overview:
The Contract Recruiting Coordinator will play an essential role in ensuring that the hiring process runs in an organized and efficient way. Their primary goal will be to strategically impact the top-of-funnel recruitment efforts by implementing sourcing strategies that attract a high volume of highly qualified clinicians. They will be responsible for sourcing candidates using various recruitment platforms and strategies, assisting with scheduling recruiter screens and interviews, managing candidate communication, and maintaining accurate recruiting records and metrics. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, exercise ownership over their contributions to the recruitment funnel, and remain passionate about helping to build a talented workforce.
What you’ll do:

Sourcing and Application Review:
Understand the unique qualifications of Wheel’s open clinical positions in order to target the ideal candidate.
Conduct initial resume reviews in Fountain, Indeed, LinkedIn, Ashby, and external job boards to identify candidates that meet job qualifications.
Move candidates through the initial workflow stages in the applicant tracking systems and keep candidate data accurate and organized.
Utilize boolean search techniques and other creative sourcing methods to customize candidate searches.
Craft compelling email blasts and outreach templates to increase candidate response rates.
Proactively work with our external job board reps to identify any techniques that would help our job posts and sourcing efforts have greater impact.

Scheduling and Coordination:
Move candidates through Fountain workflow stages to schedule initial recruiter screens, and disposition unqualified candidates.
Communicate interview details to all parties involved and ensure preparation.
Send reminder emails and texts to candidates for clinical assessments, interview scheduling, and other hiring steps.

Candidate Communication:
Respond to messages from candidates across Careteam, Fountain, Indeed, and external job boards.
Keep email communication templates updated across all job boards and hiring platforms.
Provide a positive candidate experience by delivering clear communication, answering questions, and providing updates as needed.

Recruitment Systems & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of candidates entering the supply funnel, and which client goal the candidate is tracking towards.
Import candidate data from external sites and guide candidates on how to complete a Wheel application.
Run a duplicate applications report monthly and disposition accordingly to ensure that the application pool remains clean and up to date.

Collaboration & Support:
Collaborate closely with recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements and specific hiring needs.
Provide administrative support for recruitment team, including creating reports, tracking hiring metrics, and organizing job fairs or recruiting events.

Process Improvement:
Continuously seek ways to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting best practices and technology.
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or administrative support (preferably in a fast-paced environment).
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Meet, etc.)
A positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent candidate experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Fountain is a plus.
Experience in healthcare recruiting.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
