About Latch/DOOR:

Latch/DOOR is revolutionizing access control for residential and commercial properties by delivering cutting-edge hardware and software solutions. Our comprehensive platform includes everything from access control devices to property management software, making life simpler and safer for property managers, residents, and businesses. We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to help streamline processes between our sales and operations teams, ensuring smooth execution across contracts, vendor requests, and more.

The Role:

As a Sales Operations Analyst at Latch/DOOR, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our Sales and Operations departments. You will manage sales-related administrative tasks, such as handling software contracts, amendments, finance requests, and renewals. You will also help facilitate non-standard orders, international shipping requests, and vendor coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong organizational background and an interest in proptech, SaaS, and access control solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between Sales and Operations teams for contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and processing software agreements, amendments, and renewals.
  • Coordinate finance requests, ensuring that pricing, terms, and conditions are accurate and approved.
  • Oversee the paperwork and documentation for international shipping, including export compliance and customs requirements.
  • Handle non-standard sales orders, ensuring all operational and logistical considerations are managed effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to process vendor requests and ensure timely delivery of hardware and software.
  • Support the Sales team in maintaining accurate pipeline records and sales documentation.
  • Help manage renewal processes for ongoing software contracts, ensuring customers are billed accurately and on time.
  • Work cross-functionally to address and resolve any issues related to contract execution, order fulfillment, or customer renewals.
  • Track and report key sales metrics, providing insights that help drive decision-making and improve sales processes.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new sales tools and systems to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, sales support, or administrative role, preferably in SaaS, proptech, or access control industries.
  • Proven experience handling contracts, amendments, and renewals with attention to detail and compliance with company policies.
  • Familiarity with international shipping processes and documentation is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and other sales management tools.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks.
  • Experience with financial processes, including billing, invoicing, and working with procurement teams, is a plus.

Joining us means:

  • Having teammates all over the world in the US, Argentina, Mexico, Italy, Uruguay, Portugal, and Spain.
  • Collaborating in a fast-paced environment where you can apply what you have learned in new challenges, and, more importantly, grow your career.
  • Being encouraged to invent and innovate within your role and working in a company where calculated risk-taking is highly encouraged and thinking outside the box is a must.

We embrace diversity and strive to create an inclusive and equitable environment for all.
