  • Book meetings that hold: Set qualified meetings for AEs and deliver clean, useful handoffs.
  • Educate and add value: Share short, helpful context about industry challenges and how DOOR helps teams work smarter.
  • CRM discipline: Log clear notes, next steps, and required fields in Salesforce to support accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate: Partner with AEs and Marketing on messaging, campaigns, and feedback loops.

What success looks like

  • Speed to lead: Same business-day touch on inbound, with a clear next step documented.
  • Meetings held, not just set: Consistent show rates with agendas and stakeholders confirmed.
  • AE acceptance: Handoffs that AEs accept because context, objectives, and next steps are clear.

  • Organization: Able to manage daily activity, follow-ups, and priorities without dropping details.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with change and quick to adopt new approaches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience; internships, customer service, or sales experience are a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools preferred; Salesforce is a plus.
  • Exposure to dialer or telephony tools such as RingCentral is helpful.
  • Interest in PropTech, SaaS, or real estate technology is highly valued.
