Who We’re Seeking:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our growing team. To be successful in this role you’ll have to be resourceful, have a get it done attitude, and have a high sense of ownership in your work. The Senior Accountant will report directly to the Accounting Manager in the UK.

What You’ll Do:

  • Complete monthly close activities including journal entries, Bank reconciliations and GL reconciliations.

  • Track, update, and maintain the fixed asset and prepaid ledgers.

  • Assist in accounts payable process as needed

  • Complete month-end accruals.

  • Contribute ideas for development of systems, controls, and other processes to reduce delivery times and reduce operational risk.

  • Track, reconcile, calculate, and submit charity payments.

  • Assist FP&A team with experience reports, P&L management and ad-hoc requests.

  • Perform other duties to support the Corporate Controller.

  • Working cross-departmentally to understand key initiatives.

  • Play a key role in general process improvements and process documentation for all facets of the accounting cycle.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar subject and are working towards a professional accounting qualification

  • You have approximately 2 years of accounting experience

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment

  • Self-directed, self-motivated, and able to work independently

  • You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience using QuickBooks Online (preferred, but not a must)

  • You have strong attention to detail and an ability to learn quickly

  • You possess a ‘get-it-done’ attitude
